- Learn about FOLLOW UP questions.
- Practice interviewing someone using both open and closed ended questions, and follow up questions.
- Record and share a practice interview.
Steps
In this assignment you'll record an audio interview with a classmate and share it both to Canvas and Padlet. BOTH you and your partner will record your own (SEPARATE) audio interviews.
- Review to the “Great Questions List” by Storycorps for question ideas. Be sure to ask OPEN ENDED questions!
- Open your SCRIPT and ADD YOUR NAME to the title.
- Share it so ANYONE at Providence Day can VIEW it.
- Complete your script FIRST. Share your questions with your interviewee FIRST so they can think about the questions first.
- Record a PRACTICE interview with a classmate or someone else using your script. Record with Voice Memos (app already on your iPad).
This tutorial video shows you how to use VOICE MEMOS on your iPad to record and share your file to Google Drive. It also shows all the other steps to complete this assignment. (Also available on YouTube.)
Turn In
Post your classmate interview AND script to this Padlet.
Turn in that PADLET LINK here in Canvas!
